Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research tasks:
•Perform building walks throughout the summer and update CBRE’s tenant database with the information gathered
•Database input, maintenance, and extraction. Being able to access our repository of information, extract the information and present it in a manner that is professional and easily followed
•Assist Senior Research Analyst, Research Associates and Sales Trainees with a variety of tasks as needed
•Update and maintain various research materials including stacking plans and corridor reports
•Find corporation and contact info for various properties
•Field ad hoc agent requests from different teams and aid where needed
•Answer various zoning and official plan related questions usually pertaining to permitted uses (a general knowledge of zoning by-laws across the GTA is ideal)
•Create and analyze market statistics and corresponding materials, including the production of client presentations
Administrative tasks:
•Photo taking
•Deliveries
•Prepare mailers
•Binding and scanning as required
•Substitute reception coverage
