Ut2 Mt2 Inspector

An International nationwide expanding NDT & Engineering Services Company (industrial-ia.com) is currently seeking full-time UT2 MT2 certified inspector to help expand our Northern Ontario business, specifically North Bay and Sudbury Areas. We specialize in Non-Destructive Testing & Visual Inspection; Lift Equipment Inspection/ Certifications; Bridge Inspection; and Mechanical Integrity Inspection.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starter, eager to learn and grow with the company.

The successful candidate will reside in North Bay, ON or surrounding area.

This opportunity requires an extremely focused and independently motivated individual. Enthusiastic and effective communication skills are a must. Some travel may be required. Must be able to work in all climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform shear wave UT and MT weld inspection.
• Interact with clients, and provide clear and concise field reports.
• Work in compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and Policies, ISO 9001 procedures, NDT standards and techniques and that all work meets or exceeds customer satisfaction.
• Additional work opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• CGSB certified UT2 & MT2 is a must.
• Additional certification in PT, or Visual is also an asset.
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
• Ability to work responsibly and productively with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills and dedication to customer service.
