Veterinary Office Assistant/Receptionist

Panorama Hills Animal Hospital is looking for a full time or part time Veterinary Office Assistant/Receptionist. We are a privately owned and operated, small animal veterinary clinic located just off of Stoney Trail in NW Calgary. We are a small group of fun, passionate individuals looking to add in another member to our family.

• Have prior veterinary experience
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication Skills

• Loves cats and dogs
• High attention to detail
• Works well individually and as a team
• Works well in a busy work environment and able to multi-task

Job Duties will include the following:

• Answering phones, greeting clients, invoicing, scanning and faxing
• Patient restraint and care
• Clinic upkeep- cleaning, surgical packs, and other clinic duties
• Assisting Veterinarian and RVTs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
