The ideal candidate will:
Nurture a Christ-centred catholic community committed to the highest quality education for its students.
Model a lifestyle and deportment consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, practicing faith through regular mass attendance and participation in ministries and the sacramental life of the Church.
Develop their faith and that of their staff so as to lead students and others closer to Christ.

Ensure that each student has access to quality teaching and the opportunity to engage in quality learning experiences.
Promote the development and leadership capacity within the school community for the overall benefit of the school community and education system.
Manage school operations and resources to ensure a safe, caring, and effective learning environment.
Understand and appropriately respond to the political, social, economic, legal and cultural contexts impacting the school.
Ability to create positive partnerships with local community resources
The administrative portion of the assignment will be approximately .75 FTE with the remaining assignment determined by the successful candidate’s regular teaching duties.
