SalaryVR Escapism is the escape company that combines Virtual Reality with Escape Room in Toronto. We run virtual reality game and entertainment room in its best innovation. We also host birthday party and company event. We are looking for a patient, outgoing and responsible person to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and provide brief description of our games to customers
- Pick up phone calls
- Answer emails
- Cash out by using POS machine
- Help customers to put on equipment
- Operate computers to start the game
- Monitor game progress
- Solve technical issue
- Keep the store and washroom clean
- Manage supplies
Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills and Customer Service skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to deal with emergency situation
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-6 hours per shift At least one shift per week. Weekday& Weekend
