```Duties```
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process customer payments using the POS system
- Assist with food preparation as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers
- Cashiering experience is a plus
