Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

This is a full-time Warehouse Associate position offering a unique opportunity to be a part of our dynamic team. The role is essential to maintaining our reputation for speed and reliability. You will have the chance to contribute to a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the selection and handling of orders.
• Ensuring that goods are packed neatly, safely and securely.
• Ensuring that all warehouse operations are well-maintained and managed.
• Loading and unloading merchandise trucks.
• Create labels and attach them to pallets and/or goods.
• Operating stock management tools such as forklift and so on.
• Ensuring that the warehouse space is well organized and managed.
• Storing and managing data in inventory and logistic software programs.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills since a Warehouse Associate must interact with team members, read and decipher work orders, and report back to the warehouse logistics supervisor.
• Physical strength since our Warehouse Associate may be required to move goods from one place to another.
• Attention to detail.
• Good computer skills to enable Warehouse Associates to utilize relevant computer software to store and maintain inventory records.

Requirements:

• Forklift License
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic Warehouse Management System knowledge for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
