Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including order picking, mechanical tasks, and warehouse distribution. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse equipment. Duties: - Perform order picking and packing using a warehouse management system - Operate mechanical equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move materials - Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques - Build and fabricate crates or pallets for shipping - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: - Experience in order picking and warehouse distribution preferred - Mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment safely - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Proficiency in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems - Familiarity with packaging materials and techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated individual with the required skills, we offer competitive pay and benefits.
