Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the warehouse reception, handling, distribution and storage of all products and supplies for Rocky Mountain Solar Company and Lynnwood Roofing.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Preparing orders in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules and Project team needs
• Planning warehouse layout and space requirements to coordinate preordered and residual products storage
• Prevent loss and/or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization
• Maintain working relationships and good communication with project teams
• Commitment to Company safety policies and processes and a demonstrated track record of working safely
• Operate warehouse equipment(forklift)
• Safely load and unload trucks
• Make recommendations to the General Managers for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trained and certified to operate forklift
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in warehouse management or supply chain management
• Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice to have

• Class 3 Drivers License
• Mechanic experience for performing basic vehicle maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
