The Opportunity:
MTE Logistix Group of Companies is looking for 2 WAREHOUSE OPERATORS to join our team. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position helps with order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and maintains strict accuracy when working with customer requests.

What will you do?
- Operate warehouse material handling equipment
- Work from an order sheet to build loads for transport
- Exhibit strict attention to detail and maintain order accuracy
- Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
- Ensure all paperwork is completed to standard
- Confirm pallets/loads are built correctly
- Able to work in ambient and refrigerated work environments
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area
What you need to succeed
Must-have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ warehouse experience including order picking and stacking products
- 1+ years’ experience with ride-on electric power jack, sit-down electric forklift, and using RF scanners
- Strong and demonstrated safety commitment, time-management, verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
- Must be physically fit, be able to stand for long periods, and be comfortable with repetitive lifting.
Nice to have
- Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience

The starting wage, overtime and shift premiums are in accordance with the Collective Agreement. This opportunity includes a full benefit package, employee assistance program, and union pension plan after successful completion of the probationary period.
Position locations:
- 11250 – 189th Street, Edmonton M5 warehouse. Hours of work are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Overtime, statutory holidays, and weekends may be required.
- 11010 – 178 Street, Edmonton M9 warehouse. Hours of work are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Overtime, statutory holidays, and weekends may be required.
