Warehouse Processing Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Processing Specialist specializing in Bathroom and Toilet Renovation, you will play a pivotal role in managing materials and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities for renovation projects. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to facilitate the timely processing of materials related to bathroom and toilet renovations.

Responsibilities:

Material Coordination:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials related to bathroom and toilet renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organize and categorize materials based on project requirements and specific renovation needs.

Communication with Renovation Teams:

• Collaborate with bathroom and toilet renovation teams to understand material requirements, project timelines, and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of materials for ongoing and upcoming renovation projects.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for bathroom and toilet renovation materials.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with the inventory control team to address discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

• Prepare and pack materials required for bathroom and toilet renovation projects, ensuring they are ready for delivery to job sites.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with renovation teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $23.10-$26.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
