The responsibility of the Receiver is to ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming shipments.

Specific responsibilities:

• Prioritize and accurately process incoming shipments based on demand and email requests

• Maintain a clean and safe work area by respecting and following safety and 5S practices

• Disposition and move inventory and items required for orders correctly in the designated areas

• Perform all data entry functions in ERP (AX Dynamics) required to process all incoming shipments

• Generate and modify shipment orders and packing slips when needed

• Create and complete non-conformance report for all orders with quality issues

• Create and maintain traceability of certificates and material test reports

• Deliver all manufacturing items to the appropriate bin locations/departments

• Process and modify subcontracted production orders after QA inspection

• Create and modify receipts to correct errors after investigation or requests by Purchasing

• Maintain and present SQDC reports for Managers

• Create and maintain Work Instruction documents

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership skills such as giving thoughtful direction and prioritizing the workload between team members

• 2 or more years experience in a fast-paced receiving environment coupled with experience in handling fragile and varied product

• Basic knowledge of Windows Office applications (Outlook, Excel, AX Dynamics)

• Demonstrate good verbal/written communication, organizational skill and flexibility in dealing with a variety of tasks

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
