We want to speak with you if you are self-motivated and efficient, ready to join our Bulk Plant Team in North West Edmonton.

This position requires lifting 40 pounds waist high, so physical fitness is key.

Duties and responsibilities

• Operate the Large Container Cleaning machine: drum cleaning machine and a sit down forklift
• Move Drums and totes around the warehouse
• Operate the drum crushing machine, and prepare for recycling
• Crushing drums and putting them into a recycling bin.
• Unloading and Loading full trailers of drums by hand.
• Decanting drums into totes.
• Load and unload goods and supplies and ensure proper handling
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area
• Maintain quality in the warehouse and keep track of all damaged inventory and report the same to the supervising authorities
• Carry out all orders of the supervisors
• Work in accord with all safety regulations of the warehouse
• Coordinate work with fellow workers and other team members
• Warehouse housekeeping-maintain a clean safe environment
• Data entry and assistance with preparation of inventory

Qualifications

• 1-2 years labor or similar warehouse experience
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Excellent attendance record
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Responsible and works well with others and independently
• Excels under high pressure situations
• Proven strong communication and personable nature
