Wash Bay Attendant

PWTransit is currently seeking a full-time Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Airdrie. The shift for this position is flexible and could either be Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm or Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.

Wage: $22.00 per hour; an additional $1.00 per hour premium is offered for the night shift

Position Requirements:

• Class 1 or 2Q driver's license
• Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening
• Clear criminal record
• Clean driver's abstract
• Must be organized, punctual and reliable
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Previous cleaning or vehicle detailing experience considered an asset
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to site as public transit maybe unavailable

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking vehicle fluid levels and topping up as required
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of company vehicles
• Miscellaneous building cleaning duties
• Ensuring vehicles are in proper condition for daily routes
• Complete checklists and otherwise track work performed to document compliance with company policies and contractual cleaning schedules
