The position is strictly commission based of 10% per sale.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Working independently in the field, travelling with a company vehicle to service various client locations throughout the day. Conducting water system tests and determining the necessary water filtration system for homeowners.

2) Collect feedback from clients and make system recommendations to adequately address homeowners’ needs when it comes to Water Treatment systems.

3) Network and create strong client relationships to ensure 100% retention of clients.

4) Participate in internal and customer meetings as required.

Desired Skills:

1) Technical College Diploma or technical trade

2) Previous Water Treatment experience

3) Self-driven, motivated and conduct themselves and present solutions to homeowners

4) Participate in Water Treatment trainings and learn eagerly new ways to sell Water Treatment systems.

5) Technical aptitude plus basic computer skills.

7) Quality written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and train, dependable and consistent.

8) A flexible and adaptive approach to working and time management.

Requirements:

1) Presentation and Water Test Skills

2) Police background check

3) Require a clean driver's abstract.

Compensation: We offer competitive bonus/commission .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $58,000.00-$128,827.71 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (preferred)
