Job Description – Key Responsibilities
· Lead the sales and marketing teams to grow revenues and enhance the company’s brand and marketplace posture. Build awareness and connect to potential customers by selectively speaking at key industry events, preparing industry journal articles and supporting content development for corporate social media postings.
· Lead the oversight and project management of the firm’s water/wastewater services including manufacturing and new product development initiatives;
· Lead the development of strategic alliances and the building of supply chain capacity to fulfill sales targets and meet corporate performance objectives.
· Manage project teams to ensure the company delivers on its customer promise for all products and services;
· Mentor the professional development of staff on industry dynamics of the water/wastewater industry and general business principles.
· Collaborate with the corporate CFO for budgeting, forecasting, P&L statements and financial reports.
Qualifications
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, and holds (or eligible for) Professional Engineers of Ontario membership.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience and knowledge in the water & Wastewater Treatment equipment, systems, and processes.
Knowledge and experience working with Rotating Biological Contactors (“RBC”) systems.
Experience Preferences:
1. Demonstrated successes related to Project Management. Preference for experience in managing in the area of water & wastewater systems including small and medium-scale municipal and industrial water & Wastewater Treatment systems and/or facilities.
2. Proven leadership abilities in managing multidisciplinary teamwork, customer and industry relationships.
3. Ability to lead, coach, and develop installation technicians, junior engineers and Account Managers.
4. Positive outlook and able to work well with people in a team environment
5. Working knowledge of emerging technologies for water and Wastewater Treatment.
6. Proficient in project proposal preparation and presentations.
7. The ambition to be part of a growing enterprise, focused on technical excellence and superior client service.

9. Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills are essential.
10. Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical discussions.
