Position Purpose
To assist with the services necessary to maintain the quality of operations, safety and appearance of all the Waterfront Parks in Georgina. For full details, please see attached job description.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather;
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including days, evening, weekends and holidays;
- Good customer service skills to deal effectively with the general public;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Waterfront Parks AttendantPosition #: SE41
Department: Community Services Division: Parks Development and Operations
Reports To: Parks Supervisor - ROC Employee Group: Seasonal
Position Summary
To assist with the services necessary to maintain the quality of operations, safety and appearance of all the Waterfront Parks in Georgina.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing of park gates and washrooms;
- Assists with parks maintenance, including trimming bushes and trees, picking up of litter, cleaning of buildings, checking garbage and replacing bags;
- Monitoring park grounds/beach area and reporting any damage to the Crew Lead;
- Other related duties as assigned;
