Is this role right for you? In this role, you will…
-Provide backup support to the department by:

-Monitoring Inboxes
-Updating documentation
-Opening/closing accounts
-Inputting trades
-Running queries
-Perform data clean-up as required.
-Attend to daily inquiries by phone and/or written communication.
-Assist in the digitalization of client files in and required storage.
-Participate actively in team learning development activities and team performance achievements.
-Build effective working relationships across the team and with various business line and corporate function contacts.
-Maintain a high level of customer service.
-Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication.
-Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:
-You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
-You have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
-You are detail oriented.
-You have customer service focus.
-You have strong organizational skills.
-You take initiative, work well with minimal direction and multi-task.
-You have strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
