Your role:
- Be the main point of contact for clients by handling incoming calls and emails
- Verify by phone or video conference certain information contained in client files to ensure data accuracy
- Distribute tasks within the team and follow up on all active files
- Assist and support clients in using the IT tools available to them
- Write client-directed communications
- Manage the team's agenda by coordinating phone, virtual, or in-person meetings and making reservations for meeting rooms and restaurants, as needed
- Develop marketing materials and keep them up to date
- Manage the team's brand image
- Optimize social media presence
- Provide administrative support to team members during vacations and peak periods

Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma in a related field
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of Office Suite 365 and comfortable using IT tools
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
