Job Description: Wine Server

Hare is seeking friendly, hospitable, and highly organized Wine Server of 2023 and 24! First impressions are everything which is why Hare is seeking individuals who set the tone and roll out the welcome wagon to all guests in preparation for their unforgettable experience! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are wine savvy and have a knack for organization? Join a team of like-minded individuals at Hare where offering quality, memorable experiences is top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests in a friendly and engaging manner.

Set the tone and act as a positive brand ambassador

Ensure all wine tastings are structured to brand with Hare history.

Manage walk in tables

Answer phones and assist guests with their reservations when needed.

Utilize TOCK reservation system in order to see guest visits and or history.

Assist team members when needed such as leading structured tastings and or serving wine by the glass, assist in food preparation and cleaning tasks.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year customer service experience

Smart Serve certified

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
