Wine Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Wine Server to join our team at Casa Dea EstatesWinery. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling and storage practices are in compliance

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
