Workforce Development Officers provide guidance, information, and support to employees and managers on staffing and human resources.
Your work location would be one of our offices or bases in the Arctic. Please apply only if you are already living in, or willing to relocate to, the North.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing staffing paperwork for new employees, promotions, and more
- Maintaining and monitoring human resource data
- Advising managers and staff on human resources and staffing issues
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Secondary school diploma or a combination of education, training and experience
- Experience working in the North or on Arctic-related files
- Enjoys working with people
- Strong decision making and strong work ethic

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
