We are seeking Solar Installers for residential projects

Responsibilities:

• Learn the installation process
• Documentation of install
• Follow the directions of your crew leader
• Comfortable lifting 50lb and working at heights
• Working in outdoor weather conditions
• Correspond professionally with homeowners
• Install mounts/rails/modules
• Comfortable working on a roof
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
