Job Skills / Requirements
As our Account Director for this specific contract portfolio, you will be involved in all aspects of its management and oversight, developing and fostering relationships, and collaborating with clients and colleagues. You will be the point of contact for the client and for the security team that works within the portfolio. Your extensive security management experience, knowledge of program development, risk management, and critical thinking will be essential in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Management of all aspects of the contract, including contract, operational, and field management
•Supporting the day-to-day delivery of programs, services, and activities on behalf of the client
•Monitoring, evaluating, addressing identified deficiences in operations and the team's performance
•Acting as the position of authority and decision making, including issue escalation and expenditure of resources impacting all aspects of the service delivery
•Service delivery on all areas of the contract, in particular, the measurement and reporting of all KPIs
•Ensuring regular and effective communication with all involved contract stakeholders
•Sitting on various committees and working groups as required by the client
•Consulting, or arranging an external consultant, with the client's experts in the areas of business continuity, emergency management, training, security risk assessments, and security systems
•Performing other duties as needed to assist with corporate and/or branch needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Extensive management experience in a related industry (minimum of 5 years)
•Industry recognized membership(s) and professional certification (ex. CPP)
•Advanced technical writing and communication skills
•Strong project management skills
•Valid Class BC 5 Driver's License
•Valid BC Security License
•Post-secondary education in a related field
•Experience with public speaking and presenations
SALARY:
$100,000 - $110,000 per year

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
