Customers love our product, and we need talented Account Executives to bring our vision and service to the hundreds of inbound customer leads we receive every day. We are segmenting our teams into SMB and Mid-Market. This will be the opportunity to build and develop a new segment selling to companies 21+ employees. You’ll help us develop the playbook to sell larger deals. You’ll own the entire sales cycle - engaging with inbound leads, learning about a prospect’s needs, showcasing Copper, facilitating a complete CRM evaluation, and ultimately closing the deal! You’ll then own the ability to grow your customer base and build your own revenue machine in Copper as you “land and expand” customers. A passion for our product and our customers is a must.
What you’ll do …
- Achieve and exceed sales quota solely focused on net new bookings
- Qualify prospects for fit, understand their business requirements, and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through close
- Elevate Copper’s position in the market by focusing on SMB and MM prospects
- Engage with a value-based approach, facilitate evaluation cycles, and close new business opportunities
- Become a subject matter expert on our product and competition
What you'll bring …
- Track record of success with 3+ years of quota carrying experience in a sales role
- Willingness to learn and implement learnings from weekly sales trainings
- Organization and CRM hygiene
- Passion for engaging with prospects and customers
- Software or SaaS background
- Experience selling into SMB/MM organizations
