The Enterprise Account Executive is a full-time, remote position at Snappy Kraken. Accessibility requirements are dependent on the role but could be expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday. This position is open to any candidates currently residing and eligible to legally work in the United States or Canada.

The Purpose of This Role
The Enterprise Account Executive will consistently sell to and maximize the engagement of new enterprise relationships within the financial services industry. This person will have the ability to analyze the landscape of an enterprise partner's business, understand their pain points, and leverage Snappy Kraken’s products and technology in a mutually beneficial partnership.

The Enterprise AE will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Primary Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospecting outbound calls/emails to create awareness and identify needs
  • Manage enterprise-sized accounts through frequent and dependable communication via virtual meetings, timely email responses, and in-person events when required
  • Work closely with department and project managers on the communication of deliverables and timelines for launching new enterprise customers.
  • Scheduling and conducting sales meetings, virtually or in person, as the main or secondary point of contact
  • Traveling to industry events, conferences, and client meetings constitutes approximately 25% of the annual schedule or as required
  • Oversee Enterprise account contract fulfillment, and proactively identify expansion opportunities

Primary Qualifications
  • Bachelor/diploma/certificate/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • Financial industry experience, preferably in working with Broker-Dealers, Custodians, TAMPs, FMOs, and other similar organizations that support advisors
  • 5-7 years of Enterprise Saas sales
  • Experience communicating and presenting to C-level leaders
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Outstanding product and technology knowledge
  • Proper remote working environment with stable high-speed internet, electricity, and appropriate working space
  • Strong asynchronous communication ability
  • Tech-Savvy and highly comfortable working with remote communication software
  • Ability to be productive, disciplined, and trustworthy while working independently

The expected base compensation range for this position is $110,000-115,000 USD or $110,000-120,000 CAD based on country of residence, plus variable compensation for achieving targets; On target earnings. Pay will be based on several factors, such as experience, certifications, location, market conditions, and other business as well as organizational needs. Snappy Kraken anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and retains the right to change or revisit the salary range according to business needs.
