CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES TRAINEE OPPORTUNITIES

Enterprise Paper LTD is a Distributor of Packaging Products along with Janitorial and Cleaning supplies. We are the largest independent distributor in Western Canada with 4 locations servicing British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. The Calgary branch, which was established in 1996 currently employs 17 individuals in roles from Sales Executives, CSR, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery Staff.

Enterprise Paper is looking for FULL TIME individual (s) to work within the role as a

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TRAINEE. As the product offering is a majority consumables, you will be building customer relationships by providing knowledgeable advice and exceptional Customer Service ongoing in conjunction with our dedicated operations team.

Enterprise Paper Customer Service position is an excellent entry into the company to learn the market segments, customers, and products available. Taking the experience from this position will allow the opportunity to be very successful as an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.

The position involves the following;

· Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

· Providing exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction

· Identifying sales opportunities within existing clients

· Identifying new sales opportunities for the company

Attributes to the position we would be looking for; outgoing personality, smart-worker, ability to multitask, problem solver, proficient with Microsoft office, well spoken with strong presentation and communication skills, integrity, and a team player that enjoys building relationships.

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
