ACCOUNT MANAGER - INSIDE SALES
We are looking for bilingual, enthusiastic candidates with great communication skills to handle a portfolio of corporate clients ( B2B ). Account managers will act as the point of contact for their clients, all across Canada. They must be able to understand their clients needs and offer customized products. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, resourceful, and proactive.
- 40 hours per week : from Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, et Friday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM.
- Salary is variable, depending on commission

Account Manager Responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating the website
- Contact new clients who have registered on the website
- Create quotes
- Assist clients in the ordering process
- Answer queries by phone and in person
- Perform follow-up services with clients
- follow up on quotes
- follow up with post delivery customer satisfaction inquiries
- Promote the sales of new products not yet being consumed by clients
- MUST be bilingual ( English and French )
- High school diploma
- Experience in sales and / or customer service, ideally in B2B (business to business). Experience in the promotional product field a bonus
- At ease in an electronic / IT environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Independent, proactive, and resourceful
- Analytical and good at priority management
- Results oriented
- Great communication skills
- Competent at handling stress
