Here are the CHALLENGES that Navada offers you:

• Maintaining long-term business relationships with clients

• Evaluating clients' needs and resources

• Assessing and exploiting clients' potential and identifying business opportunities

• Responding to client inquiries

• Having a full understanding of the current service contracts to proactively optimize profitability

• Actively participating in the submission process related to their contract

• Daily problem-solving for clients

• Ensuring that the profitability of each account is maintained or increased by adding new service categories to existing contract

• Managing all aspects of the client relationship and coordinating needs and requests with internal departments.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction

• Technical knowledge of the HVAC sector

• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite

• Familiarity with AutoCAD

• Good English skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
