Accountant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate has experience with various accounting software and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of recorded transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $96,000.00 per year
