DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure accurate records of online sales using sync or importsPerform accounts payable functionsPrepare monthly reconciliation and payrollCategorize bank and credit card transactions accuratelyReview and record purchase orders and invoicesPerform general bookkeeping functions on QuickBooks OnlineAssist in budgeting for marketing and purchasingAssist in preparing financial statementsManage the accounts payable automation in process and investigate and rectify any variances caused by unmatched purchase orders with supplier's invoicesPerform other general accounting related tasks when required

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting: 3 years (required)Experiences in Quickbooks OnlineStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with large amount of data

English (required)
Mandarin (preferred)
