**Qualifications:**

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in real estate accounting, including both commercial and residential properties.

- Strong knowledge of real estate tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
