As the Accounting Analyst, you will:
- Account Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, address queries from customers, maintain credit card receivables system, and circulate weekly and monthly reports.
- General Accounting: Post receipts, reconcile bank accounts, prepare and submit tax-related filings, process journal entries, and carry out routine accounting transactions and data entry.
- Month End: Balance accounts, analyze warranty accounts, prepare general ledger account reconciliations, and record closing entries.
As the Accounting Analyst, you will bring:
- University graduate in business, accounting, or finance or up to 3 years accounting/business experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems, experience with SAP Business One is an asset.
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills is essential.
