Accounting Manager/Client Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced superstar QuickBooks Accounting Manager to join the Targeted Accounting team! This Work from Home role needs a unique individual who is looking for something different with the skills and flexibility to provide cleanup, client onboarding including setting up new applications and processes and testing out the day-to-day transaction processing. Once a client is onboarded you hand them off to the team that will be their maintenance team.

This is a key role in our client onboarding process. You will be the first contact with a new client.

Our ideal candidate is a number warrior, an organized, systematic, and precise professional. This role is ideal for a seasoned accountant who thrives working with a diverse range of entrepreneurial companies and their day-to-day accounting needs.

What you bring:

· Creative problem-solving skills to assist entrepreneurs to make appropriate business decisions based on their financials.

· Expert QuickBooks experience. Targeted Accounting uses QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online almost exclusively, so this is a must-have.

· The ability to engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and to initial conversations on what things they may need but are not aware of changes to the industry.

· Flexibility and a suite of experience to deliver a wide variety of project work such as cash flow set up, accounting procedure review to determine what new technology could be utilized as well as make processes more efficient.

· A coaching mindset to support bookkeeping staff with accounting issues.

· Strong attention to detail.

Skills and Other Qualifications

· Intuit QBO Advanced Certification (Basic Certification a must have and Advanced obtained within 30 days of hire) with minimum three (3) years hands on Canadian experience using QBO.

· Experience setting up new accounting systems.

· Experience with Hubdoc, Dext, PayEdge a real asset

· Year-end accounting firm experience a real asset.

· Professional and personable

· Outstanding troubleshooting skills

· Dependability and discretion

· Client management experience a definite asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
