​Memoscribe Enterprises Ltd is a small local business that makes and sells meaningful gifts. Our workshop/office is located in South Richmond close to Steveston Hwy and No.5 road. Job summary

Review, prepare and pass orders to staff

Handle customer service emails and online messages

Coordinate work among employees

maintain inventory

Manifest orders

Pick and pack orders

Requirement

Competent in use of MS word, excel and emails.

Organized and sensitive to customer requirements.

Attention to details

Work time

40 hours a week

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00 or 9:00 – 5:00.

Pay

This job offer includes a probation period of 3 month. Pay starts at $21/hour, and with pick/pack work added, is $22 - $26/hour after training. 10 days of paid vacation days per year increasing 1 day per year to 15 days. We pay EI, CPP and provide extended dental and health insurance options.
