Here’s what your daily tasks will look like in your new role:
- Assists management in various activities.
- Review and make corrections to correspondence, presentations, brochures, publications or other internal documents in both French and English
- Ensure internal communications and update documents
- Prepare, participate and record minutes of weekly and monthly meetings
- Work in collaboration with the marketing department (social networks and website management)
- Work in collaboration with the accounting and IT support department
- Plan, organize and confirm meetings in the general calendar and coordinate ZOOM and TEAMS links
- Perform other related administrative tasks to assist your colleagues in their duties (filing, archiving, etc.)
Your professional profile matches this:
- Perfectlybilingual (French and English) both in writing and orally
- Degree in administration or any other relevant certification related to the job functions
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Administration and bookkeeping (an asset)
- Strong proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop – an asset) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google)
