Who we are:
Dress for Success Regina is a dynamic organization empowering women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
What you will do:
work closely with our volunteers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of scheduling
support social media schedule and postings
maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the Dress for Success Regina team, and clients
assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing
assist with special project and events
What you will need:
Previous experience in data management and office administration
Familiarity with client and volunteer record-keeping
Proficient in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to support and assist in various administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
Excellent communication skills for volunteer engagement and handling inquiries
Experience working in a non-profit organization would be an asset
Knowledge is generally acquired by having completed high school diploma (or equivalent) supplemented with 2-4 years of office administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
What we offer:
The salary range for this role is $19-$22/hour negotiated at time of offer based on experience
20 hours/week with flexibility in days and times worked
Flexible work (combination of in-office and work-from-home)
