As the central agency for the Government of Saskatchewan, Innovation Saskatchewan is responsible for implementing the province's innovation priorities and growing the technology sector. Innovation Saskatchewan develops policies and programs and conducts activities that assist in the implementation of research & development, science and technology for the province. This includes developing and operating Saskatchewan’s research and technology parks in Saskatoon and Regina.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general support to the Property Management and Technical Operations departments in Regina. This position also acts as the receptionist for the Regina Office — the first point of contact for park tenants and guests. Primary Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Providing full-time reception coverage
· Providing parking and card-access system administrative support
· Receiving various payments and preparing daily bank deposit
· Managing organizational documents, including photocopying, scanning, saving and printing
· Supporting the Regina Technical Operations team by preparing work orders and purchase orders as well as other administrative duties

· 2+ years of experience in an office environment
· Completion of a certificate or diploma program in Business Administration
