Reception/Administrative Associate
Quinn Rehab is a multi-disciplinary health care clinic located in Barrie, providing treatment using Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Osteopathic approaches. We've been working with the people of Barrie and Simcoe County for over 26 years and are committed to excellence in physical rehabilitation.
We are looking for a part-time receptionist/Administrative Associate.
(approximately 12-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
· Greeting patients, answering the phone, and scheduling patients
· Invoicing and receiving payments
· Creating and maintaining confidential patient records
· Light cleaning and laundry
· Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
· Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Good interpersonal and customer service skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office
· Scheduling experience with software programs an asset
· Medical or general office experience helpful, but not necessary
The successful candidate must be comfortable with technology, fluent in English, and flexible with scheduled hours.
