Job Title: Administration Associate
Location: Bobcaygeon, ONT.
Reports To: Superintendent
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities and focus for the Administrative Associate will be to work alongside and support the Operations team with administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative support role
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met; ability to work in fast paced environment
· Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships
· Ability to work independently, as part of a team and across multiple teams
