Position Overview
The Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) is now accepting applications for a temporary full-time Administrative Clerk position based out of its Salmon Arm, BC office for a term of April 2, 2024 to August 16, 2024.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, Corporate Services (Corporate Officer) the Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Corporate Services by performing a wide variety of clerical functions such as word processing, agenda preparation, file management and recording and producing minutes.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent supplemented by post-secondary education in general office practices plus two (2) years relevant experience, preferably in a unionized, local government environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Additional Information
Position Type: Temporary full time (35 hour work week)
Term: April 2, 2024 to August 15, 2024
Union: CUPE Local 1908
Salary Range: $1,974.12 to $2,258.75 bi-weekly (January 2024 rates)
Hours of Work: Typical hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
(Option to work an additional half hour and participate in flex schedule.)
