Administrative officers provide essential support to senior staff and executives. They help maintain the smooth operation of the office and are key to keeping our services organized and efficient.
Your work location would be one of our offices or bases in the Arctic. Please apply only if you are already living in, or willing to relocate to, the North.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Organizing and taking notes for meetings and events
- Tracking deadlines and sending follow-up requests
- Drafting correspondence and other similar documents
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Secondary school diploma or a combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience working in the North or on Arctic-related files
- Enjoys working with people
- Strong decision making and strong work ethic
