```Duties```
This is a full-time on-site Administrator role located in Lively, ON. The Administrator will be responsible for managing paperwork, invoices, and project files. The Administrator will also be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and payroll.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
