Administrator

We have an immediate opening for a full-time position for a Dental Administrator to join our team here at Merbleue Dental Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will work well in a team and will strive for the highest standard of customer service while enjoying a fast-paced work environment.

Our clinic is located in Orléans. The candidate will work hours from Monday-Friday and have weekends off.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Patient experience management
• Support of the clinical team’s efforts
• Booking/Scheduling of Patients
• Communicating with in-clinic patients
• Answering incoming leads by telephone/email

Qualifications

• Quality Interpersonal/Communication Skills (Required)
• Knowledge of usage of ABELDENT software (Preferred)
• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience as a Dental Administrator (Required)
