The Enterprise group is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Technician to join its dynamic team. Please note that this is an on-site position located in Perth, ON.
At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
- Work independently to produce high quality work while managing time appropriately
- Business or Accounting diploma preferred
- 2 - 3+ years work experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Previous experience with the MS suite of tools is required; QuickBooks Online, Sage or Caseware experience considered an asset, but not required.
