DXP/HSE Integrated is looking for an Administrator to ensuring the day-to-day processing and inputting data. This is a temporary part-time admin position for approx.. 4 – 6 weeks starting April 3rd. Work hours will be Monday to Friday 8am - 12pm. This position is located in Sarnia, ON.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process assigned field tickets and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process online e-invoicing and e-ticketing entries for assigned customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process daily timesheets and weekly batch reports in customer’s third-party system.
- Review incoming field tickets to confirm balances and make adjustments when required.
- Review customer requirements worksheet to ensure field tickets meet customer requirement and confirm sales approval.
- Handle customer phone or email inquiries and address discrepancies.
- Liaise with Station Personnel and Sales Associates to address billing or customer related issues.
- Photocopy & mail out original field ticket and invoices.
- Ensure that all Field Tickets are approved, complete, processed on time, and sent to Calgary
- Ensure that all station level purchase orders are coded in accordance with head office requirements.
