Agricultural Parts Warehouse and Customer Service Associate

The Company: A very successful, short line machinery and aftermarket parts distributor located in Shelburne, Ontario. We operate a fast-paced business selling agricultural & Industrial parts & components to dealers across Canada.

Duties:

Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.

• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

• Receive, record and stock parts promptly and accurately.

• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.

• Proficient in order entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Ability to multi-task is essential

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult situations.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs is a must.

• Agricultural parts knowledge an asset.
