What You'll Do
Warehouse Support, you will pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock
levels.
You will make a personal impact; you consistently achieve a high level of customer
service.
You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales
initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our
corporate image is reflected.
Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics in
assigned work areas while creating a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with leaders through constructive feedback to support process improvements
and cost reductions.
Works under direct supervision and follows standard operating procedures to accomplish
assigned tasks.
Delivers excellent customer service to clients.
Sales Support, you will directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock
availability, and process orders and inquiries.
Who You Are
Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack for up to 8 hours at a time and ability
to stand for long periods and walk continuously.
Associates may be required to move up to 50 lbs. (range may vary based on work
assignment)
Ability to work a schedule that includes working half a day on Saturdays.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training,
including forklift training.
You have 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
You can prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good
attitude.
You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
