Warehouse/Customer Service

Job Summary:
Pavement Depot is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a hands-on warehouse skillset to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do:

 Warehouse Support, you will pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock

levels.

 You will make a personal impact; you consistently achieve a high level of customer

service.

 You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales

initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our

corporate image is reflected.

 Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics in

assigned work areas and creating a positive customer experience.

 Collaborate with leaders through constructive feedback to support process improvements

and cost reductions.

 Works under direct supervision and follows standard operating procedures to accomplish

assigned tasks.

 Delivers excellent customer service to clients.

 Sales Support, you will directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock

availability, and process orders and inquiries.

Who You Are:

 Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack for up to 8 hours at a time and ability

to stand for long periods and walk continuously.

 Associates may be required to move up to 50 lbs. (range may vary based on work

assignment)

 Ability to work a schedule that includes working half a day on Saturdays.

 Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.

 Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training,

including forklift training.

 You have 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.

 You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.

 You can prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good

attitude.

 You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
