Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outside Sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the assigned market
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities
Experience:
- THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL SALES ROLE. Sufficient Sales Experience and Technical Details of Aluminum Windows is a MUST
- Proven experience in Outside Sales or technical sales role
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in business development and account management
